It is essentially two books, combined into one comprehensive production.

Firstly, there is the muscle function testing: for each body area (Neck, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Trunk, Hip/Pelvis, Knee, Ankle) there is detailed anatomical information including the fantastic surface anatomy drawings that make it so easy to see where the muscles lie under the skin. Then there are specific instructions on how to test for the length and strength of each muscle - again with easy-to-follow images to complement the text.

If that wasn't enough, this is then followed with instructions and full colour images on how to use Kinesio Tape to address any length or strength deficits that have been identified during the testing process.

The whole book has been laid out in a way that makes it easy to find the muscle you want to test and/or tape - and then to move on to relevant adjacent structures when appropriate - all the while showing how to obtain the instantaneous results that the Kinesio Taping Method is known for.
